The month of Christmas is drawing near, and here’s a recipe to get you in the festive mood.
Christmas puddings are a staple at Christmas time, but aren’t these mini cupcake versions adorable??
You will need:
- 50g dark chocolate – 250g icing sugar
- 140g unsalted room temp butter – tsp custard powder
- 100ml soured cream – 2 Tbsp water
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 140g self raising flour
- 140g caster sugar
- 100g ground almonds
- 6 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 85g glacé cherries plus more to top
